At ATLASSHL, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our order processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping fees, tracking, and other important delivery information.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not normally processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume, promotions, or other circumstances that affect order preparation.

2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship orders to the United States and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times after an order has been shipped are:

• United States: 5–10 business days

• International orders: 7–15 business days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, peak-season volume, and other factors outside of ATLASSHL's control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

You can use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation to follow the progress of your shipment.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable order details.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $100.

For orders below the $100 threshold, standard shipping costs generally range from $6 to $15, depending on the destination and order size.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase

5. Shipping Delays

Although we work to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Customs processing or clearance

• Shipping carrier delays

• Severe weather or transportation disruptions

• High order volumes or peak shopping periods

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Other circumstances affecting the delivery network

ATLASSHL is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

ATLASSHL is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support1@atlasshl.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

7. International Orders

For international orders, delivery times may be affected by customs clearance and other destination-country requirements.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable, may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, the tracking information indicates a delivery issue, or you believe your package may be lost, please contact our support team so we can assist you.
